Guidelines
Below you will find general guidlelines to be followed while hunting at Sawblade Ranch. We reserve the right to change, delete, or add such guidelines at any time without prior notice. All hunters will attend a briefing upon arriving at the ranch that covers the rules and guidelines to be followed while staying at Sawblade Ranch. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to meeting you.
Hunting Guidlines
All animals shot or wounded are counted as killed and hunt fees must be paid in full. The cost for whitetails wounded or lost will be determined by guide's estimate score before you shoot.
Whitetails will be scored by Gross Score using Boone & Crockett scoring at the time of kill.
Please note that we have some whitetail bucks that will be off limits, and will not be allowed to be shot. These will be young bucks that have great breeding potential, but have not reached their full maturity.
We will not be shooting our drop tine bucks this year, as we hope this gene will be spread through our herd.
We don't guarantee success, only opportunity.
Hunting Agreement
I have read and agree to Sawblade Ranch price list dated January 1, 2008.
All hunters agree that Sawblade Ranch has the right to have a reproduction set of horns made from any buck killed.
All trophy fees must be paid for with cash, cashier's check, Traveler's check, or with personal check if accompanied by a letter of credit from a recognized bank.
Our guides will give you their "best estimate" (and that is what it is - an estimate) as to what a deer will gross score. If a deer is shot and hit and not recovered, you will be charged for the deer based solely on the guide's best estimate before you shoot. If you don't agree with the guide's "best estimate" don't shoot. If you don't agree with the guide's "best estimate" but shoot anyway and wound the deer, you will be charged for the deer based on the "best estimate." All deer shot, killed, and recovered will be charged based on the actual Gross B&C score regardless of what the guide estimated.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 will reserve your hunting dates.
I agree to allow the use of photos taken of me while visiting Sawblade Ranch for promotional purposes (i.e. website, ads, brochures, etc.): ____ Yes ____ No
I agree to the terms stated above and price list dated January 1, 2008.
